BetMGM Illinois is live, and you should be excited.
It is considered one of the biggest sportsbooks in the US, on the same tier as the likes of DraftKings and FanDuel. Illinois has been stuck on six online operators for a very long time, and BetMGM was the biggest fish not yet in the Illinois pond.

1. A $1,000 bonus bet upon sign up
Using the BetMGM IL bonus code PLAYIL will get you a bonus bet of up to $1,000.
Here’s how it works: If you win your bet, you will profit as you would another winning bet. If you lose, you get a second chance at a winning bet.
This is one of the most generous sign-up bonuses on the market, and it’s not the only one.
New users can also bet $10 to win $200 in bonus bets on any NBA game and if either team hits a 3-pointer, you win.
Note that you can’t take advantage of both of these offers, but still, each is generous in its own right.
2. Frequent bonus bets
Once you sign up for BetMGM Sportsbook Illinois, there will still be bonuses and bonus bets.
Take NBA All-Star weekend, for instance. At BetMGM Indiana, if you bet $25 on the All-Star game, you automatically receive a $10 bonus bet. The book puts out those offers regularly.
While not as extreme as the sign-up offers, bonus bets are always welcome.
3. Easy parlay feature
BetMGM’s Easy Parlay feature is, you guessed it, very easy to use.
You can find it on the top tab of the BetMGM app. Once you click, it is effortless to place parlays on various sports, something it can be a chore to do on others.
For instance, if you want to parlay an NBA game, an NHL game and a college hoops game, you can do so extremely quickly on BetMGM. That is possible on most sportsbook apps but will usually take you several clicks and screen changes.
BetMGM also has same game parlay capability, a popular choice among many users.
4. Easy-to-use search function
BetMGM offers a ton of market options, which is a plus. But for certain apps, it is difficult to find your preferred game when that is the case.
But BetMGM recently rolled out a slick search feature. Some sportsbooks have search functionality, but not all.
This is especially useful if you’re looking to bet on a relatively obscure game or sport. Are you looking to bet on cycling? That typically is a tough market to find, but not at BetMGM.
