Do I need to download a new app?
No. If you already have the William Hill app on your phone, the opening screen will say that an update is ready. After you update the app, it will show 100% Caesars’ branding.
However, if you are a new Caesars customer, you can download the Caesars by William Hill app for Android and Apple devices.
I already have a William Hill account. Now what?
You don’t need to do anything. If you are already a William Hill customer in Illinois, welcome to Caesars. Your account details, including your sportsbook balance, will transfer over. If you have issues or have questions, you can email [email protected] or call 1-866-503-4782.
How do I register for the Caesars Sportsbook?
Ever since the return of in-person registration in Illinois, signing up for a sportsbook can be tricky. You can sign up for Caesars Illinois at Grand Victoria Casino, 250 S. Grove Ave., Elgin.
You can download the app before you go to the casino. Once in the app, you’ll follow the prompts on the screen and should be able to complete your registration easily. One note: You will need to take a selfie that shows you’re in the casino.

The name is the only difference. Because of the Illinois sports betting regulations, the sportsbook must remain tethered to its retail partner.

Yes, once you complete the registration process by visiting the Grand Victoria Casino in Elgin. You can use the Caesars Sportsbook by William Hill from anywhere within Illinois state lines, including Chicago.
Will the Caesars odds be different than the William Hill odds?
No. The lines won’t change. Caesars is keeping the William Hill oddsmakers.

Caesars spokespersons announced on Tuesday that all retail William Hill sportsbooks are in the process of removing WH signage and of getting all Caesars branding.
